Overview

Courses in MemberUp allow you to share structured learning experiences with your members. Whether you’re teaching, coaching, or guiding a community, creating your first course takes just a few minutes. You can add videos, files, or text-based lessons and customize your content to fit your goals.


How to Create Your First Course

1. Log In to MemberUp

Access your dashboard using your MemberUp account credentials.

2. Go to Courses

From the left-hand sidebar, click Courses to open your course dashboard.

3. Add a New Course

Click + Add Course to start setting up your new course.

4. Enter Course Details

  • Add a Course Title that clearly describes your topic.

  • Write a short Description to introduce your course to members.

  • Upload a Thumbnail Image (recommended size: 1120 × 570 px).

5. Create Your Course

Once all details are ready, click Create Course to save and add it to your dashboard.


Next Steps

After creating your course, you can:

  • Add Lessons or Modules with videos, files, or text content.

  • Preview your course to see how it looks for members.

  • Publish your course when you’re ready to go live.

  • Keep lessons short and focused for easier learning.

  • Use a consistent thumbnail design for a professional look.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Can’t upload a thumbnail?

Ensure your image is 1120 × 570 px and in JPG or PNG format.

Course not appearing in your list?

Try refreshing your dashboard or clear your browser cookies/cache and logout and login to re-check.

Can I duplicate a course?

Currently, duplication isn’t supported — you’ll need to manually recreate the course.
