Overview

Tracking member progress helps you understand how your members are engaging with your courses.

With MemberUp, you can easily see which courses have been completed, monitor overall progress, and identify where members may need additional support or motivation.

This feature is especially useful for course creators, coaches, and mentors who want to ensure that members are staying on track and completing their learning journey.


Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Go to Your Dashboard
    Log in to your MemberUp account and open your Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Members Tab
    From the left-hand menu, click Members.
    This section lists all the members currently enrolled in your community.

  3. Open a Member’s Profile
    Click on the name of any member whose progress you want to review.
    Then, click on the Settings cog icon on the right-hand side.

  4. Check Course Progress
    Within the member’s settings page, click on the Courses section to view course progression.

Can I reset a member’s progress?

At this time, progress cannot be manually reset. Members can revisit lessons at any time, but completion history remains recorded.

Can members see their own progress?

Yes. Members can view their own progress directly within their dashboard, under the Courses section.
