Troubleshooting & FAQs

How are activity points calculated?

Points are assigned for actions across the community:

  • 1 point per day with activity

  • 1 point per like

  • 1 point per post or comment

  • 1 point per lesson marked as done

Why did a member’s points decrease?

Points are removed when:

  • Posts or comments are deleted

  • Likes are removed

  • Lessons are unmarked as completed

The calendar dates don’t match my timezone.

All activity logging is recorded in UTC. Time differences may slightly shift activity to the previous or next day based on your location.

Can members see their own activity points?

Yes — members can view their personal progress and engagement within their profile.

Are Members not a part of a community able to see my contributions?

Members cannot see contributions unless they're a part of the community you're a part of or unless the community is set to public.
