Get a quick tour of your new MemberUp community. Learn how to navigate tabs, customize settings, invite members, manage spaces, and start engaging with posts, events, and Spark.

Overview

This short video gives you a quick tour of your MemberUp community — showing where everything is and how to get started. You’ll learn how to post updates, organize content, host events, invite members, and personalize your community’s appearance.

Key Highlights

Community Tab

Post updates, pin important messages, and organize posts into spaces for better engagement.

Courses Tab

Manage your courses, resources, and uploads. Click “+ Add Content” to upload videos, files, or lessons.


Events Tab

Create & edit events, workshops, or replays. Click the + icon to create new events and/or add replay links.

Members Tab

See all members in your community. Invite new members by clicking Invite and sharing your invite link.


Community Settings

  • Add a community photo, cover image, and choose your color theme.

  • Update your community name, description, and URL.

  • Control privacy by setting your community as private or public.

  • Manage spaces to add, remove, or reorganize topics.

  • Connect Stripe to charge for membership or offer paid access.


Profile Customization

Click your profile image → Profile → Edit Profile to update your photo, cover image, and bio.


Spark (Engagement Tool)

Spark automatically posts a new question every 24 hours. Members can see others’ answers only after posting their own.

  • Choose a ready-made question pack or create custom ones to match your community’s vibe.


Get Started

  1. Complete your setup checklist.

  2. Upload your community image.

  3. Invite at least three members.

  4. Make your first post and start engaging.
