Overview
When new members request to join your community, their applications appear in the Members section of your community dashboard. From here, community admins or owners can review, approve, or decline requests with a single click.
Pending requests are highlighted by a red dot next to the Members tab, making it easy to spot new applicants.
How to Accept Membership Requests
1. Go to the Members Section
From your community’s main page, click on Members in the left-hand sidebar.
A red dot will appear next to the Members icon whenever you have pending requests.
2. Open the Requests Tab
Inside the Members section, click the Requests tab at the top.
This will display a list of people who have requested to join your community.
3. Review and Approve or Decline Requests
You’ll see each applicant’s name and the time they requested access.
To take action:
Click Approve to grant access to your community.
Click Decline to reject the request.
You can also click Approve All at the top right if you wish to accept all pending members at once.

Check requests regularly to ensure new members aren’t left waiting too long.
Combine this feature with Membership Questions to review applicants’ responses before approval.
Only Admins and Owners can approve or decline member requests.
