MemberUp allows you to create flexible pricing options for your community by setting up one-time payments or recurring subscriptions.

Whether you want to offer a one-time lifetime access fee or ongoing monthly or annual plans, you can easily configure these payment options in your community’s settings.

Only Owners or Admins can set up or modify payment structures, ensuring that your billing setup remains secure and consistent with your membership goals.

Pro Tips

  • You can create multiple pricing tiers to accommodate different membership levels.

  • If you’re offering promotions or special deals, consider using Checkout Links for easy direct access.

  • Test the checkout flow after adding new pricing to ensure Stripe is connected and functioning properly.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

My new pricing plan isn’t showing on the About Page.

Make sure the Default Price toggle is turned on for that plan. Only one plan can be set as the default at a time.

Can I change a one-time payment plan to recurring later?

No, you’ll need to create a new plan and delete the old one to update the payment structure.

Why can’t I add a new price?

Ensure your Stripe account is connected. MemberUp requires a linked Stripe account to process payments.

Members are seeing an old pricing option.

If you’ve updated pricing recently, ask members to refresh their browser or clear their cache. You can also delete unused pricing plans from the Pricing section.

Can I set different currencies for different plans?

All pricing plans within a community are currently set in U.S. dollars ($). Payouts are processed through Stripe according to your configured Stripe settings.
